the urbanization of Rocamar on the way to Vilanova has a small footpath connecting it to the beach, 15 minutes walk or possible with a mountain bike, takes you right to the golf course and Taramar beach.
to the centre it is a good 30 minutes walk, or there is a bus connection. we do recommend it with a car.
there are 2 restaurants and a supermarket that sells “everything” within 200 meters of the house.

newly reformed and furnished: 5 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each and 2 with 1 single bed and 1 hide a bed each. also there is 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 2 single folding beds available. 1 livingroom, 1 living dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 dining kitchen, 1 pantry, 4 bathrooms, 2 with bathtub, 1 with shower and 1 with walk in shower.

washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric stove, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, TV, satelite (sky free to view), vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

there are 3 parking spaces under a car porch and also parking on the street is not a problem.
