la Masia bajos: a reformed old country house in a quiet suburb of Sitges, 2 apartments share the large sunny garden,
“bajos” (ground floor) with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and big terrace for outside dining. you can rent 1 apartment or, ideal for families or groups of 8-14: the whole house.
the urbanization of Rocamar on the way to Vilanova has a small footpath connecting it to the beach, 15 minutes walk or possible with a mountain bike, takes you right to the golf course and Taramar beach.
to the centre it is a good 30 minutes walk, or there is a bus connection. we do recommend it with a car.
there are 2 restaurants and a supermarket that sells “everything” within 200 meters of the house.
in the same building as la Masia primero.

newly reformed and furnished: 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, also there is a double sofa bed in the living room and a folding bed available. good size living room, large dining kitchen, 2 bathrooms 1 with walk in shower and 1 with bathtub.

washing machine (in an outside shed), dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric stove, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, TV, satelite (sky free to view), vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

there are 3 parking spaces under a car porch but behind each other, so you have to organize getting in and out with the other guest. also parking on the street is not a problem.
