la Masia primero: a reformed old country house in a quiet suburb of Sitges, 2 apartments share the large sunny garden,
“primero” (first floor) with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and big terrace for outside dining. you can rent 1 apartment or, ideal for families or groups of 8-14: the whole house.
the urbanization of Rocamar on the way to Vilanova has a small footpath connecting it to the beach, 15 minutes walk or possible with a mountain bike, takes you right to the golf course and Taramar beach.
to the centre it is a good 30 minutes walk, or there is a bus connection. we do recommend it with a car.
there are 2 restaurants and a supermarket that sells “everything” within 200 meters of the house.
in the same building as la Masia bajos.

3 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed, 2 with 1 single and 1 hide a bed each, also there is a folding bed available. living dining area with open fireplace and an arch leading into the small but well equipped kitchen with pantry behind it. 2 bathrooms 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub.

washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric stove, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, TV, satelite (sky free to view), iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

there are 3 parking spaces under a car porch but behind each other, so you have to organize getting in and out with the other guest. also parking on the street is not a problem.
