the development is in the higher ground looking south and west over the picturesque town of Sitges and over the sea beyond. granite, travertine, slate and solid timber are the construction materials used to create this special home.
it is 3 km to beach or town a good 20-30 minutes walk down and 30-40 minutes back since it is up hill. there is no public transport near by, we recomend it with a car.
this villa is just 190 meters from the apartment Quint Mar.

large living dining room with 1 dining area and 2 lounging areas, 1 with open fireplace, terrace with sun lounges, kitchen, shower and open study
level minus two:
5 bedrooms, 3 with 1 double bed each and panoramic views, 3 with en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a big window looking out through the bedroom onto the sea. The second bedroom has a shower room. 2 more bedrooms to the back of the villa: 1 small one with 1 bunk bed, 1 large one but without window is set up as a children’s play room with 1 + 2 bunk bed and a bunk and double sofa bed, therefore could sleep 6 children. They share a shower bathroom with the third front bedroom or use the shower room on level -1 or the shower room in the spa.
