fabulous italian designed villa is located on the highest part of Quint Mar with panoramic views of Sitges at the front and beautiful Parc Garaff at the back. there are parquet floors and slate tiles throughout, an elevator and 2 open fireplaces. the pool has decking and overlooks the Mediteranian sea.
it is 3 km to beach or town a good 20-30 minutes walk down and 30-40 minutes back since it is up hill. there is no public transport near by, we recomend it with a car.
